Commercial Glass Specialists

Storefront glass repair & replacement.

Broken glass secured the same day and replaced properly the first time. We work on commercial retail frontage, office entrances, curtain wall and interior glass property — scheduled replacement and emergency response from one licensed contractor.

Emergency Response

Broken right now?

Securing the opening is a separate, immediate step. It does not wait on glass lead time.

Who We Are

Commercial glass, handled end to end

A cracked lite in a retail entrance is not a cosmetic problem. It is a security problem, a liability problem and, if the opening is large enough, a reason the space cannot stay open.

We secure the opening first, then measure, source and set the replacement in the existing framing. One licensed contractor holds the whole job, so nobody waits on a second trade to show up and finish it.

How We Work

Five steps, in this order, every time

1. Secure

Board-up or temporary glazing so the space is safe, closed and insurable tonight.

2. Measure

Field measure the opening and identify framing system, glass type, thickness and coating.

3. Quote

A written scope with the real lead time, including anything the framing needs.

4. Install

Set the lite, reset stops and gaskets, seal, and adjust hardware while we are there.

5. Close Out

Clean the glass, haul the debris, walk it with you and document the work.

Aftercare

One number to call if anything moves, leaks or sticks after we hand it back.

Why Us

Why property managers call us back

Most commercial glass problems turn into scheduling problems. We remove that risk by owning the whole glass line rather than part of it.

The five parts of a storefront

Glass. Tempered, laminated or insulated, specified for the opening, exposure and code requirement.

Framing. The aluminium that holds the glass, carries load to the structure and sets the sightlines.

Entrances. Doors take the abuse. Every cycle works the frame, threshold and anchorage a little harder.

Hardware. Closers, pivots, locks and panic devices decide whether a door is safe, compliant and pleasant to use.

Sealants. The least visible part and the most common source of a call two winters later.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Board-up and securing the opening is the first response and is scheduled ahead of everything else. Replacement glass timing is a separate question and depends on size, thickness, coating and whether the lite is stock or made to order.
Clear stock tempered glass is often quick. Insulated units, low-E coatings, oversized lites and spandrel panels are made to order and take longer. We give you the real lead time at quote.
In most cases yes. We identify the existing system, finish and glazing profile so the repaired bay reads as part of the same storefront rather than a patch.
Yes. Closers, pivots, locksets, panic devices and thresholds are part of the same scope. Most door glass failures are really hardware failures that were left too long.
We document the damage, scope and pricing in the form adjusters expect, and can work directly with your carrier or broker on the paperwork.
Straight like-for-like glass replacement usually does not need one. Changing an opening, altering entrances or structural work generally does, and we handle those applications and inspections.
Yes. Emergency securing runs whenever it is needed, and scheduled replacement on occupied retail is routinely done outside trading hours to avoid closing the store.

From the Field

Tenant improvement notes

Where the glass scope fits inside a commercial build-out — written for property managers, tenants and the contractors coordinating them.

The glazing scope in a build-out

Storefront, office fronts, doors and hardware — what belongs in the glass scope and what routinely gets missed.

When glazing should happen

Set the storefront too early and it gets damaged. Too late and every finish trade behind it waits.
